The Telecalling Executive is responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to potential or existing students and parents, explaining services, generating leads, and closing sales or appointments while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
- Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets
- Follow up with interested customers via calls or messages
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (English / Hindi / local language)
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel is a plus)
- Ability to convince and negotiate
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
