About the Role
Claritas Recyclers Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, communicate with clients, generate leads, and support the sales/business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Compensation
₹3,00,000 Per Annum (3 LPA)
Ideal Candidate
A confident communicator who can comfortably speak with customers in Telugu and Hindi, understand their requirements, explain company services, and consistently follow up to convert leads into business opportunities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
