Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Noida.
Experience Required: 2–3 years (minimum) in sales of medical(surgical) equipment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for medical laser equipment, specifically targeting ENT, Urology, and Neurosurgery departments.
- Navigate and manage sales processes within Government Hospitals, building relationships with key stakeholders/HODs.
- Effectively demonstrate technical features of laser equipment, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in CO2 Lasers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion..
- Prior experience selling to ENT, Urology, or Neurosurgery specialties is highly preferred.
- Communication: Fluency in English is a must. You should be able to communicate complex technical information clearly to surgeons and administrators.
- Personality: Highly presentable and professional demeanor with strong negotiation skills.
