We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and disciplined Physical Training Instructor (PTI) to join our full-time residential campus and play a vital role in shaping the physical fitness, confidence, and leadership qualities of our students.
Position Details
- Location: Ranikhet, Uttarakhand
- Type: Full-Time Residential Position
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month to begin with.
- Growth: Periodic salary enhancement based on performance and contribution
Your Mission
As PTI, you will lead students toward physical excellence through structured training, sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily PT, drill, and parade sessions
- Organize and supervise sports activities including Football, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Athletics, and other games
- Develop students' physical fitness, endurance, discipline, and confidence
- Conduct regular morning and evening training sessions
- Prepare and mentor students for inter-school sports competitions
- Maintain and monitor sports equipment and training facilities
- Foster a culture of teamwork, perseverance, and healthy living
Eligibility
- Experience in physical training, sports coaching, or PT instruction
- Experience in residential schools, army schools, or similar disciplined institutions preferred

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina
- Ability to motivate and mentor young students
- Sound knowledge of sports training and fitness techniques
- High standards of discipline, punctuality, and personal conduct
