Position: Warehouse Manager
Experience: 3–6 years
Salary: 30,000 to 35,000
- Monitor daily order volumes and ensure dispatch deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickup and dispatch.
- Track pending, failed, returned and undelivered shipments.
- Manage the warehouse process for RTO and returned inventory.
- Minimize order errors, packing errors and shipment delays.
- Supervise warehouse staff, pickers, packers, loaders and other warehouse personnel.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor individual/team productivity.
- Train employees on warehouse SOPs, safety, quality and inventory handling.
- Maintain discipline, attendance and productivity standards.
- Build a performance-oriented warehouse team.
