Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance processes in our liquor production facility. The candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards, safety norms, and company quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality control systems for liquor production
- Monitor raw materials, fermentation, distillation, and bottling processes
- Ensure compliance with regulations set by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India and excise authorities
- Conduct sensory evaluation (taste, aroma, clarity) of products
- Perform laboratory testing (alcohol content, impurities, stability)
- Manage quality documentation and audit records
- Handle internal and external quality audits
- Investigate product complaints and implement corrective actions
- Train and supervise QC staff and lab technicians
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in beverage, brewery, or liquor industry
- Strong knowledge of fermentation and distillation processes
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards
- Experience with lab testing equipment and quality systems
- Good leadership and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in spirits (whisky, rum, vodka) production
- Certification in HACCP / ISO 22000 / Six Sigma
- Knowledge of excise laws and labeling requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
