About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a good communicator, target-driven, and comfortable handling outbound calls professionally. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly and address customer queries
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
- Update customer information and call records accurately in the system
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets consistently
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi — mandatory
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently over calls
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle rejection professionally
Preferred Skills:
- Prior customer handling or lead generation experience
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic CRM or calling software familiarity
