Job Summary
Classification: Confidential Cloud Security – MS Azure CASB Role summary Seeking an experienced CASB professional to secure cloud application usage across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments. The role will focus on visibility, policy enforcement, data protection, threat detection, and cloud governance for enterprise users and applications. Key responsibilities o Implement and manage CASB controls for cloud app discovery, monitoring, and policy enforcement. o Configure data loss prevention, access controls, anomaly detection, and threat protection policies for cloud services. o Monitor shadow IT, risky SaaS usage, and unsanctioned cloud activity. o Support incident investigation and remediation for cloud-based security alerts. o Integrate CASB with identity, SSO, MFA, SIEM, and broader cloud security tooling. o Work with compliance, risk, and infrastructure teams to align cloud usage with enterprise policy and regulatory requirements. o Document standards, operational procedures, and governance workflows. Required skills o Hands-on experience with a CASB platform such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Netskope, or a comparable solution. o Strong understanding of SaaS security, cloud data protection, and access policy enforcement. o Experience with cloud discovery, alert triage, session controls, and app risk assessment. o Familiarity with identity and access management, logging, and security monitoring. o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred skills o SC-200, SC-300, or SC-400 certification. o Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and security operations workflows. o Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data protection regulations. o Experience supporting enterprise cloud governance or zero trust initiatives.
