Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Support Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and support network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable network performance, security, and technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
- Implement and manage LAN, WAN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi solutions
- Ensure network security, including access control, backups, and compliance with security policies
- Perform network upgrades, patches, and system documentation
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution and network improvements
- Provide technical support and guidance to users when required
- Maintain accurate network documentation and reports
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Networking concepts
- Experience with network administration and technical support
- Understanding of CCNA-level concepts (certification is a plus)
- Computer proficiency including MS Office
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage tasks, scheduling, and basic documentation
