- consolidate daily MIS reports for:
- Claims Team
- New Business Team
- SME Team
- Sales Team
- Track:
- Claims received, processed, pending
- Policies issued and premium generated
- Pipeline and pending cases
- Team productivity and closures
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards
- Highlight delays, escalations, and bottlenecks to management
2. Floor Supervision & Team Coordination
- Monitor day-to-day activities of team members on the floor
- Ensure proper task allocation and workload distribution
- Coordinate between:
- Sales ↔ Operations
- Claims ↔ Insurers
- SME ↔ Underwriting teams
- Ensure all queries and cases are followed up and closed within TAT
3. Performance Monitoring
- Track individual team member performance:
- Cases handled
- Closures
- Pending tasks
- Identify underperformance and report to management
- Maintain attendance, productivity, and discipline records
4. Process & Workflow Management
- Ensure adherence to company processes and SOPs
- Maintain proper documentation and data records
- Improve reporting formats and workflow efficiency
- Implement checks to reduce errors and delays
5. Escalation Handling
- Identify critical and high-value cases
- Escalate issues to senior management when required
- Follow up on escalations until closure
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
