- Receptionist Wanted – STEPS PHYSIO REHAB AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTRE
*Responsibilities*
a) Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
b) Ability to work well independently and as part of a healthcare team
c) Strong verbal and written communication skills
d) Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
e) Attend patient phone calls and appointment requests following clinic quality standards
f) Make follow-up calls to patients for treatment schedules, follow-ups, and feedback
g) Coordinate with therapists and inventory for medical supplies and equipment
h) Follow clinic processes and procedures related to front office and patient records
i) Ensure waiting area is clean, comfortable, and refreshments are available for patients
*Qualifications*
Minimum: Degree or Diploma in any field. Diploma in Medical Administration preferred
*Experience*
1+ year of experience in a clinic, hospital, physiotherapy centre, or relevant healthcare setting
