What You'll Be Doing
- Handle dual-chat customer support for US telecom clients
- Assist customers through live chat with speed and accuracy
- Maintain typing accuracy and customer satisfaction metrics
- Thrive in a dynamic international BPO environment
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 12th Pass
- At least 1 year of experience in International Chat Process
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM
- Typing Accuracy: Minimum 88%
- Good written English communication skills
- Willingness and comfort working night shifts
Work Details
- Process: International Dual Chat
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Days: 5 Days/Week + Rotational Week Off
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Locations: Noida / Pune (Hinjewadi)
