Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tamil Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, provide information about services, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers/candidates.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries.
- Explain company services and benefits clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Schedule appointments/interviews when required.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and candidates.
Required Skills
- Excellent Tamil communication.
- Basic English reading and writing.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
- Ability to handle customer objections.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Freshers can apply.
- Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,516.96 - ₹10,838.86 per month
