About the Role
GlitrAI is looking for an AI Content Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to work at the edge of AI-generated media - producing high-quality images and videos using generative AI tools, and turning that output into compelling content.
You'll be one of the first few hires at GlitrAI, working directly with the founders. That means real ownership from day one, fast feedback loops, and exposure to how a startup actually runs - not just the content function, but the business behind it.
This is an in-person role based out of Bangalore. You should either already be based in Bangalore or be willing to relocate.
What You'll Do
- AI Image & Video Generation: Use generative AI tools to create images and videos aligned with partner brands - this will be the bulk of your day-to-day work.
- Social Media Content: Turn AI-generated media into finished social media posts - writing captions, formatting for different platforms, and maintaining a consistent content calendar for GlitrAI's channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to understand what content needs to say and who it needs to reach, translating business goals into content decisions.
- Open-Ended Support: As a small, fast-moving team, you'll also support the founders on ad hoc business and operational tasks as they come up - this is a startup, and priorities shift, so we're looking for someone comfortable stepping outside a fixed job description when needed.
Who You Are
- Well-versed with AI generation tools and prompting - you can effectively use AI tools, engaging with it tactfully to get meaningful results.
- Hands-on experience with Photoshop and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects) - through coursework, freelance work, or otherwise.
- Strong communication skills - you write and speak English clearly and confidently.
- Early career - 1 to 2 years of experience
- Outspoken and comfortable sharing your point of view, even early in your career.
- A fast learner who's excited to pick up new AI tools and workflows on the job

This role will directly contribute to testing out the creative engine we are building and crank out creatives consistently and fast.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
