- Monitor Shift output to remedy shortfalls in Quality, Cost & Delivery Schedules.
- To ensure the tool set up change sheet is filled before tool loading as per production plan.
- Prepare daily compound consumption report, DPR report / tool history card.
- Daily checking of operator production report
- Attend production meetings
- Ensure ‘5S’ is maintained at their respective module.
- To ensure consumables, safety equipments are worn by operators.
- To ensure safety and environment norms are followed at the shop-floor.
