Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for providing excellent guest service in restaurants, banquets, room service, and other F&B outlets. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction while supporting daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Assist in banquet, conference, and special event operations.
- Upsell menu items and promote hotel F&B offerings.
- Handle guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment when required.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures.
