Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to lead the design and planning of banquet halls, event spaces, and hospitality interiors. The candidate should have a strong sense of space planning, aesthetics, and technical detailing specific to the hospitality and events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design banquet halls, lounges, and hospitality spaces from concept to execution.
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, detailed layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Ensure optimal layout for guest flow, dining, service, and decor placement.
- Coordinate with project managers, fabricators, vendors, and site engineers.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation matches approved drawings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety norms, and accessibility regulations.
- Present concepts and walkthroughs to clients or internal teams as needed.
Key Skills:
- Strong in commercial & banquet architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion
- Good understanding of hospitality space planning and aesthetics
- Knowledge of furniture layout, lighting, and materials used in banquet interiors
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university
- 4–8 years of experience in commercial, banquet, or hotel project design
Portfolio of past projects is required during the interview
