Job Summary
Bricks N Acres is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about projects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Update customer information, call logs, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of Telecalling/Telesales experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to achieve sales targets.
