Eligibility:
- MBA with First Class
- NET/SET preferred (as per AICTE/SPPU norms)
- Ph.D. preferred
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and mentor MBA students
- Prepare lesson plans and course materials
- Conduct assessments and academic activities
- Guide student projects, internships, and research
- Participate in departmental and institutional development activities
