- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of backend development, including database management and API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.
- Understanding of software development best practices, including testing and continuous integration.
Additional Information:
