Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to prepare accurate and coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings for commercial, hospitality, retail, and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in drafting MEP layouts, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) shop drawings, layouts, and fabrication drawings.
- Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting drawings based on design inputs.
- Revise drawings as per site conditions, consultant comments, and client requirements.
- Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Design Engineers, Site Engineers, and Consultants for drawing approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision history of all drawings.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of BOQs whenever required.
- Support the project execution team by providing technical drafting assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) is mandatory.
- Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Familiarity with MEP coordination and clash detection.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
