Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible candidates for the position of Senior Sales Representative. The role involves managing pre-sales activities, assisting in documentation and proposals, following up with leads, and supporting the sales process end to end. The position is ideal for someone who is sincere, organized, and looking to grow in a long-term business development role in logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identifying new leads, conducting cold calls/visits, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Understand client needs and suggest appropriate warehousing/logistics services.
- Planning daily routes and visits to maximize efficiency within a defined geographic area.
- Logging daily activities, customer contact details, and sales outcomes in CRM software for accurate reporting.
- Support the sales team with proposal preparation, document handling, and inquiry responses
- Handle lead follow-ups via phone, email, or WhatsApp professionally and promptly
- Schedule meetings, product briefings, or site visits with prospective clients
- Maintain lead information in CRM or Excel tracking tools
- Help prepare sales presentations, monthly reports, and internal sales material
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in Business OR Marketing OR Commerce, or related fields
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-organized and capable of completing tasks on time with minimal supervision
- Willing to take initiative and work with accuracy.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
- Exposure to logistics, warehousing, or related sectors through internships/projects
- Familiarity with basic logistics terms like dispatch, inventory, inbound/outbound
- Basic understanding of CRM tools or data entry software
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
