Job Summary
JB Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 2 years of accounting experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling day-to-day accounting work, preparing reports, and supporting tax and compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for accounting-related matters.
- Support the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and audit documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.
- Assist senior management with financial reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience with Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in an advertising, media, or service-based company.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Familiarity with online GST and TDS filing portals.
