We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Showroom Sales Executive to manage our retail/commercial space. You will handle walk-in clients, architects, and designers, while also proactively stepping out for site visits and client meetings to close high-value lighting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showroom Management: Greet walk-in clients, builders, and architects. Demonstrate our wide range of technical and architectural lighting products effectively.
- Visit Work: Step out of the showroom for site visits, client office meetings, and property inspections to understand lighting requirements and close deals.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client blueprints/requirements and recommend the right lighting solutions (including smart/sensor/magnetic systems).
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local interior designers, architects, and electrical contractors to generate repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Manage the sales cycle from inquiry to quotation, negotiation, and final payment collection to meet monthly showroom targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Lighting industry.
- Mobility: Must be willing to do local market/site visits as required.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to explain technical lighting features simply.
