Job Overview
ZFORB is looking for an experienced and sales-driven Global Travel Consultant to manage outbound holiday inquiries and assist clients in planning customized international vacations. The role requires strong destination knowledge, itinerary planning expertise, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective consultation and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage inquiries for international holiday packages and customized vacations.
- Advise clients on international destinations including Europe, Dubai, Bali, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Maldives, and other popular outbound locations.
- Design detailed and personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Plan complete holiday packages including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, cruises, activities, and visa guidance.
- Provide expert consultation on destinations, travel routes, best seasons, attractions, and travel experiences.
- Guide clients regarding visa documentation and processes, including Schengen and other international visas.
- Prepare quotations, explain package inclusions, negotiate effectively, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional customer handling.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and international travel partners to ensure smooth bookings and operations.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service standards
Required Experience & Skills
- 1–6 years experience in outbound travel sales, holiday consulting, or international tour operations
- Strong knowledge of international travel destinations, itineraries, and holiday planning
- Excellent itinerary creation and customized package designing skills
- Proven ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer consultation abilities
- Experience handling international holiday packages with reputed travel companies or tour operators
- Good understanding of visa processes and international travel documentation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
