As a Google Certified Publishing Partner (GCPP), we work closely with publishers to optimize inventory performance, drive monetization growth, and deliver innovative engagement-led advertising solutions.
We are looking for a growth-focused and highly driven Publisher Growth Associate to join our expanding M-Web business team.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of gaming, adtech, publisher monetization, and digital growth. You will be responsible for onboarding and growing publisher partnerships across India and international markets while contributing directly to business expansion and revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, connect, and onboard publishers for CoolBoots’ m-web gaming and monetization platforms

Drive publisher acquisition across large, mid-sized, and retail publishers in India and international markets

Build and manage strong publisher relationships to drive long-term business growth

Understand publisher traffic, inventory, and monetization opportunities to recommend suitable solutions

Execute sales and growth plans aligned with revenue and acquisition targets

Manage the complete business cycle including prospecting, pitching, onboarding, and relationship management

Track and analyze internet and monetization metrics such as impressions, CTR, page views, traffic quality, and revenue performance

Conduct regular calls, meetings, business reviews, and follow-ups with publishers and partners

Work closely with product, monetization, and operations teams for smooth execution and partner success

Maintain business reports, pipeline tracking, and MIS through Excel and PowerPoint
1–2 years of experience in publisher acquisition, adtech, monetization solutions, internet/media sales, or digital partnerships.
Candidates from adtech companies selling monetization solutions to publishers will be strongly preferred.
Experience with m-web gaming or companies such as Gamezop, mChamp, ATME, or similar ecosystems will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in ad sales or internet solution sales may also be considered if relevant publisher experience is unavailable.
Strong understanding of internet metrics such as impressions, page views, CTR, and digital monetization concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
