3. Shutdown maintenance.
4. Breakdown maintenance of Moulding machine Mandatory
5. Filling daily checklist after inspection of engineering processes.
6. Co-ordination with all stack holder respect to timely service.
7. Down time reduction.
8. Execution of project and improvement activities.
9. Reporting unsafe act/unsafe condition/near miss immediately.
10. New equipment erection and commissioning.
11. To maintain inventory of consumables spares / critical spares.
12. Ensure good health of equipment.
13. Offer collection of equipment.
14. To carry out technical evaluation of equipment.
15. To maintain carry out inspection and testing of pressure vessel, lifting tools and tackles maintain the record of statutory inspection/testing.
16. To prepare RCA and CAPA in case of any breakdown.
17. monitor and control maintenance costs
18. deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs
19. Prepare BOQ for project as well as maintenance spares.
20. Familiar with injection molding machines and related trouble shooting will be an added advantage
21. Familiar With MTC, HRC, material dryer, robot machines and related trouble shooting will be an added advantage
22. Familiar with chiller, cooling tower, pumps , RO Plant , Compressor EOT crane etc.
23. Machine health card preparation .
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
