Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry to oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth functioning of all technical, electrical, mechanical, and equipment-related operations across restaurants/outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day maintenance activities across F&B outlets and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration, DG, fire & safety systems, and other utilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service agencies for repairs, AMC, and technical requirements.
- Ensure quick response and resolution of breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of outlets and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Maintain records of equipment, AMC contracts, breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance costs.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, Operations, Kitchen, and Projects teams for maintenance requirements.
- Supervise and guide technicians and maintenance staff.
- Support new outlet openings by coordinating installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of equipment.
- Evaluate vendors and negotiate service/repair costs wherever required.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all maintenance activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, QSRs, or F&B chains.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and restaurant infrastructure.
- Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and general maintenance.
- Experience in handling multiple outlets will be an added advantage.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving and team-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel across outlets as required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
