We are hiring a Telecaller (Education Counselor) for our Education Campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, explaining our courses, fee structure, facilities, and admission process, handling inquiries, following up with leads, scheduling campus visits, and converting inquiries into admissions. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage), basic computer knowledge, and strong convincing and interpersonal skills. A minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Graduation is required. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational counseling is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
