SALES MANAGER - RETAIL
Location: Ranchi AIRPORT
Working Hours: Rotational Shifts / Store open 24/7
Days: All days ( Week off one day – Monday-Wednesday)
Mandatory: Latest issued Passport / PVC
Experience: Travel Retail / Airport Retail, Minimum 2 Years in an SM role
Industry: Gifts, Handicrafts, Jewellery, Accessories
Vehicle: Two-wheeler a must
Achieve Sales Target ( Priority)
Lead a team of Staff as per the Roaster
Train Staff on Products, Customer Handling
Well-versed in the Travel Retail environment
Execute Plan P&L store-wise
Drive Sales, Meeting Set Targets and KPIs
Plan Promotions / Offers periodically
Recruit Retail staff
Monitor Inventory / Replenishment /Merchandise
Worked in SAP / ERP Environment
Reports to Management from time to time
Analyse Data for Sale / Inventory holding and related
Maintain Hygiene and grooming standards
Handle Petty Cash, Sale Cash, and Deposit to Bank
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
