We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our team at Hejex Technology. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding software training programs, career opportunities, course enrollments, and maintaining strong student relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and guide them in selecting suitable IT courses and certification programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, fee structures, and training benefits professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain student databases and admission records accurately.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding student requirements and schedules.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
