Key Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (HR)
- Must own a personal laptop
- Candidates based in Tamil Nadu will be given preference
- This is a work-from-office role (Work from Home is not available)
- Only fresh graduates are eligible; current students are not permitted to apply

- Strong interest in HR functions and processes
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
