Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Adobe Experience Manager Developer with 8+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR/Oak, Dispatcher, workflows, integrations, and enterprise-scale web delivery. The candidate must be able to design, build, debug, optimize, and support production-grade AEM implementations with ownership and technical maturity.

Design and develop scalable AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, servlets, services, schedulers, and Sling Models.

Build and maintain AEM Sites implementations using AEM as a Cloud Service

Develop reusable, maintainable, and author-friendly components using HTL, Sling Models, Java, OSGi, JCR, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and client libraries.

Integrate AEM with third-party systems using REST APIs, secure authentication mechanisms, and resilient data exchange patterns.

Implement and support Dispatcher configurations, caching strategies, rewrite rules, CDN behavior, and performance optimization.

Support editable templates, content policies, Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, assets integration, and authoring experience improvements.

Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing logs, deployment failures, authoring defects, cache behavior, and integration errors.

Participate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, estimation, release activities, and peer code reviews.

Collaborate with DevOps teams for Cloud Manager pipelines, deployment validation, quality gates, and environment troubleshooting.

Ensure development follows Adobe best practices, security standards, accessibility expectations, and enterprise coding guidelines.

AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, Editable Templates, Core Components, Custom Components, HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, OSGi Services, JCR/Oak, Workflows, Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, Assets integration.
Backend
Core Java, Java 11, Apache Sling, OSGi, REST APIs, JSON/XML, Maven, JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube or equivalent code-quality tools.
Frontend
HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery, responsive development, browser debugging, accessibility basics, and clientlib handling.
Cloud & DevOps
Adobe Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub/Bitbucket, Maven builds, environment-specific OSGi configs, Dispatcher deployment, cloud log analysis.
Performance & Operations
Dispatcher caching, rewrite rules, CDN behavior, log analysis, production troubleshooting, security hardening, and performance optimization.

AEM Edge Delivery Services and Universal Editor exposure.

AEM Headless implementation using Content Fragments and GraphQL persisted queries.

Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch / Adobe Data Collection, or Tealium integration experience.

Dynamic Media, AEM Forms, CDN integrations such as Akamai or Fastly, and performance tuning experience.

Experience with Core Web Vitals optimization, security remediation, accessibility improvements, and enterprise platform governance.
