Job Responsibilities
- Handle buyer communication, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with production, design, QC, and dispatch teams
- Manage product development, sampling, and order execution
- Track production timelines and shipment schedules
- Prepare costing sheets, quotations, and product details
- Ensure timely delivery and buyer satisfaction
- Maintain merchandising reports and order records
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Merchandising / Export Industry
- Experience in Home Décor, Hardgoods, Glass, or Handicrafts preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
