Field Sales Executive (B2B)
Location: Kaithal, Haryana (Extensive Field Travel Required)
About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, confident, and result-oriented Field Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and earning based on performance.
Your primary responsibility will be to travel across different cities and meet Astrologers, Jewellers, Gemstone Dealers, Spiritual Stores, and other potential business partners to introduce our premium gemstone products, generate new business, and build long-term client relationships.
This is a field-based role where your success depends on your ability to build relationships and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit astrologers, jewellers, gemstone retailers, and other potential business clients.
- Generate new dealers, retailers, and business partners.
- Present and promote our premium gemstone collection professionally.
- Build strong and long-term business relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
- Follow up with clients for repeat business and order generation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.
No Gemstone Knowledge? No Problem.
Prior knowledge of gemstones is NOT required.
We will provide complete professional training covering:
- Gemstone knowledge
- Product features and quality
- Customer handling techniques
- Product presentation
- Sales pitch and business approach
- Everything required to confidently sell our products
Your responsibility is to use your communication, networking, and sales skills to generate business. We'll take care of teaching you everything about the products.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,093.47 per month
