Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and proactive House Manager to oversee the complete functioning and day-to-day operations of the household. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of household administration, ensuring smooth coordination of domestic activities, supervising staff, handling finances and bill payments, and maintaining the household efficiently from A–Z. The role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the household (A–Z household management)
- Supervise and coordinate household staff including housekeepers, cooks, drivers, caretakers, and other domestic personnel
- Create and monitor staff schedules, duties, attendance, and performance
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, safety, and overall upkeep of the residence
- Coordinate household maintenance, repairs, and servicing of appliances, utilities, and equipment
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for household requirements
- Maintain household inventory and ensure timely procurement of groceries, supplies, and essential items
- Handle household budgeting, maintain records of expenses, and monitor payments
- Ensure timely payment and submission of household obligations including electricity bills, utility bills, maintenance charges, and other recurring payments
- Ensure timely filing and submission of taxes and maintain all related records and documentation
- Organize and manage family schedules, appointments, events, and household activities
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
- Maintain household records, documents, and confidential information with complete discretion
- Track important deadlines and ensure all household responsibilities are completed within timelines
- Address emergencies and resolve household-related issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered
- Proven experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, Hospitality Manager, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic understanding of budgeting, tax coordination, and financial record management
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations preferred
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Flexible and willing to work as per household requirements
Pay: ₹13,018.59 - ₹18,000.00 per month
