Key responsibilities (a) Build and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for two to four client accounts in parallel, spanning DTC and B2B. (b) Own campaign architecture: account structure, audience definition, creative briefs, bidding strategy, and budget pacing. (c) Write and iterate ad copy. Brief and collaborate with the design team on creative variants and landing page elements. (d) Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform-native pixels. Ensure data hygiene across all client accounts. (e) Run weekly performance reviews. Identify what is working, what is not, and shift spend accordingly. Document the reasoning, not just the outcome. (f) Produce client-facing performance reports with clear narrative, not just dashboards. Connect spend to business outcomes. (g) Stay ahead on platform updates, AI-driven bidding, Performance Max, Advantage+ campaigns, and new ad formats.
Must-have skills (a) Two to four years of hands-on paid media experience across at least two of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Agency or in-house both count. (b) Direct experience managing monthly ad spends of at least INR 5 lakh per account. The candidate should be comfortable with budgets and accountable for ROAS or CPL targets. (c) Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and event-based conversion tracking. The candidate must be able to debug a broken conversion event without engineering support. (d) Strong ad copywriting. Demonstrable through past campaigns or a writing sample. (e) An analytical mindset. Comfortable with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and reading data dashboards. Bonus if the candidate can write basic SQL or use Looker Studio.
(f) Familiarity with landing page conversion principles. The candidate should know the difference between a good landing page and a great one, and be able to brief one.
Good to have (a) Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. (b) Hands-on experience with one of: Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros for attribution. (c) Exposure to international ad accounts (US, UK, UAE, EU, or AU). (d) Experience scaling campaigns from cold acquisition through retargeting in a structured funnel
