Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students’ academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons according to the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and activities
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress with parents/guardians
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage student participation
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning resources
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
- Monitor student behavior and ensure safety at all times
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area
- Previous teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good classroom management abilities
- Passion for teaching and student development
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of modern teaching techniques and digital tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students
