Role:
We're hiring an Admissions Counselor to connect with parents and students, understand their concerns, and guide them toward the right course. This is a relationship-driven sales role — not cold pitching, but genuine counseling backed by a script and CRM support.
What you'll do:
- Call leads from our database (warm + cold) and counsel parents/students on course options
- Explain how our Python/AI courses help with practical skills, portfolio building, and long-term career readiness
- Handle objections around cost, time, and relevance confidently
- Schedule and follow up on demo classes / counseling calls
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Twenty CRM)
- Meet weekly targets for calls, demos, and enrollments
What we're looking for:
- Fluent in Hindi/English
- Prior experience in telesales, EdTech, or counseling preferred (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with rejection
- Basic comfort with CRM/digital tools
Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission per enrollment (discussed on interview)
Location: Kharar, Punjab — on-site role
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
