Senior Business Process Analyst – SAP Business One (B1)
Experience: 4–8 Years
Shift: CST initially, may transition to PT
We are looking for a business-focused Senior Business Process Analyst with strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One (B1). The ideal candidate should have experience in understanding business processes, analyzing SAP B1 data, gathering requirements, and working closely with business and technology teams.
Must-Have Skills:
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Process Analysis or Business Analysis
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)
- Experience in the Manufacturing or Engineering domain
- Strong process analysis and requirements-gathering skills
- Good understanding of SAP B1 modules, data structures, fields, and standard reports
- Experience analyzing processes related to manufacturing, procurement, inventory, product costing, and reporting
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and data requirements
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with SAP B1 data migration or integration
- Exposure to Boomi, Databricks, or similar integration/data platforms
- Spanish language skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current and future business processes.
- Lead stakeholder discussions and gather business requirements.
- Identify relevant SAP B1 modules, data, fields, and reports.
- Analyze manufacturing, procurement, inventory, costing, and reporting processes.
- Translate business requirements for SAP, Data Engineering, and technology teams.
- Support ERP data migration, integration, and transformation initiatives.
Note: This is a business-process-focused SAP B1 role. We are looking for someone who can connect business processes, SAP data, and technology teams not a purely technical SAP consultant.
Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
