Role & responsibilities
- Implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Utilize play-based and Montessori Methodology techniques to make education fun and effective.
- Monitor and document the progress of children, ensuring individualized attention and support.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their childs development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Planning and delivery of culture connect lessons (Based on the Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana and other Indian scriptures) to students
- Participate and organize all cultural events within the school.
- Work Time: IST (8.30 AM to 3:30 PM)
