Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate IELTS Trainer to train students for the IELTS examination and improve their English communication skills. The candidate should be capable of handling all four IELTS modules and helping students achieve their target band scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct IELTS training sessions for students.
- Train students in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
- Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance.
- Provide personalized feedback and improvement strategies.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and practice exercises.
- Help students improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Maintain student progress reports and attendance records.
- Coordinate with counsellors regarding student performance and targets.
- Create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Good understanding of IELTS exam patterns and scoring criteria
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Ability to motivate and guide students effectively
- Time management and organizational skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of IELTS training experience
- IELTS overall band score preferred
- Certification in IELTS/PTE training will be an added advantage
Working Details
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
