Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated architect with Two years of experience to join our team. As an architect at Arkvia, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and team members to develop project requirements and design specifications.
Create detailed architectural drawings and plans.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Participate in site visits and inspections.
Work with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Skills to coordinate multiple projects independently.
Skills to interact and coordinate with clients, vendors, and labourers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
Two years of architectural experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Architectural license (preferred but not required).
Previous experience in handling independent projects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
