We're Hiring | Project Manager
Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong coordination, planning, and customer management skills? We're looking for a results-driven professional to lead projects from initiation to successful completion while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct project kick-off meetings with customers and internal teams.
- Manage end-to-end project execution from order confirmation to project closure.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, Exhibition, and Installation teams for seamless project execution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discussions to finalize project requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate installation and commissioning activities to ensure successful project completion.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting records.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting quality, safety, and customer expectations.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Exhibition Projects, or Industrial Projects is preferred.
Required Skills:

- Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management.
- Good technical understanding and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and inter-departmental coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location: Pune
Experience: 3-7 years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
