We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Costing estimator to our interior firm to manage interior project costing, vendor billing, client billing, BOQ preparation, and project cost analysis. The candidate will play a key role in monitoring project expenses, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining profitability across interior and turnkey projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client invoices, proforma invoices (PI), and billing documents.
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects.
- Estimate project costs based on drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
- Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against estimated costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams for cost-related information.
- Verify vendor bills, contractor bills, and material purchase invoices.
- Prepare cost sheets, rate analysis, and project profitability reports.
- Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission of invoices.
- Support management in project budgeting and cost control activities.
- Prepare MIS reports related to project costs and billing status.
