Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming stock and verify quantity and quality against invoices.
- Unload, label, and organize products in the stockroom.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as per store requirements.
- Maintain clean, organized, and easily accessible storage areas.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
- Report damaged, expired, or missing items to the Store Manager.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage.
- Assist with packing customer purchases whenever required.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring products are displayed neatly.
- Follow company SOPs related to stock management, safety, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for timely replenishment and stock movement.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory management preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Physically fit to lift and move cartons and products.
- Basic understanding of inventory handling and stock maintenance.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and time management skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts.
