- Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with design teams to understand and implement the design intent.
- Lead client meetings and communicate project updates, expectations, and deliverables.
- Source and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for materials, FF&E, and services.
- Monitor on-site construction, installations, and fit-outs to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Track project costs and timelines, manage change orders, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure adherence to local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, schedules, meeting minutes, and drawings.
