Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various online channels. The role requires expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, paid advertising, analytics, and lead generation to strengthen Arteva Consulting's online presence and business development efforts. Digital marketing managers typically oversee multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive customer engagement through digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
SEO & Performance Marketing
- Manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns through Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Optimize landing pages and website content for higher conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance and ROI through analytics tools. Digital marketing managers commonly use SEO, SEM, analytics, and conversion optimization techniques to improve online performance.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop and manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content calendars and oversee content creation.
- Manage online reputation and community engagement.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Build and nurture lead pipelines through digital channels.
- Implement lead scoring and customer engagement strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to maximize lead conversion.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs, website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation metrics.
- Generate monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and market trends.
Team & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and achievement of marketing objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in recruitment, consulting, real estate, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
