We are hiring a Team Leader – Telecalling for an Education Institute to manage a team of 10 telecallers.
Experience: 2–3 years as Telecalling Team Leader
Qualification: Graduate preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of 10 telecallers.
- Allocate daily calling database.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, queries, and conversions.
- Guide team on student/parent query handling.
- Coordinate with counsellors/admission team.
- Maintain daily reports and performance tracking.
- Ensure daily/weekly targets are achieved.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Team handling and motivation ability.
- Basic Excel/MIS knowledge.
- Target-oriented and disciplined.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
