Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and recruitment events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, or other job portals is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
